Beaujolais Spinach

Superb spinach veined in magenta, somewhat resembling Swiss chard, but with a milder flavor. Ideal for the production of young leaves. Best results are obtained in cool weather and with a good supply of water. Developed by Uprising seeds. Young leaves: 30 days.

Direct sowing in spring, as soon as the soil can be worked, 0.5-1 cm deep, spaced 1 cm apart for young leaves or 12-15 cm apart for large leaves.
