Ethiopian Kale

Variety of mustard whose name is a bit confusing! Having a milder flavor than other mustards or kales and a high nutrient content.

Direct sowing, 5 mm deep, spaced 45-60 cm apart, in the garden in early spring until mid-summer. Or sowing indoors 3-4 weeks before the last frost, acclimatize then transplant.
